Hi! I am Karianne (b. 1994), a freelance costume designer based in Oslo, Norway.
I have a Master’s degree in Costume Design from the Oslo National Academy of the Arts (KHiO, 2021). Some of my projects include designing and making costumes for dance, opera and musical theatre. I have also worked on different short movies, art performances and music videos.
From Spring 2025 - Autumn 2026 I am working full time in the costume department at Norsk Folkemuseum, but I am still open to freelance commissions. Please get in touch if you need a designer and/or maker of costumes. I am always open to new collaborative projects.
